  Took my dog for grooming. Left the dog at 9.30 in the morning by 12.30 dog was ready. We went there and there was around 15 dogs been groomed already. 15 dogs in less than 3 hrs. Grooming was really bad that my dog was look like hairless cat!!! Anyway we took the dog home, at night poor dog had so many red spots at his body, just out of bad grooming and bad and dirty equipments. Strongly not recommend them. Very expensive place!!!!   Awful grooming and service with an expensive price tag to boot. I don't normally like to leave negative reviews but for $97 my 8 month old puppy came back to me today looking nothing like what I had asked for. Not only this, but he was traumatised by his experience. I should have known when I walked into the place. It stinks and all I could hear were dogs crying and barking hysterically in the back room (aka the doggy spa). My puppy has been groomed before and he was wonderful for his previous groomer (sensitive feet were his only issue - and easy to calm with treats which I brought with me to The Pet Pad, but they chose not to use). The Pet Pad then charged me a "behavioural fee" for his groom - I can only shudder thinking of what caused his poor behaviour when he was previously well behaved during his groom. Upon returning home I realised they had done exactly what I had asked them not to and trimmed the hair in the corner of his eyes. We now need to start the growing process all over again. When I took him back to be fixed up, the groomer said this was important to avoid irritation. This is an owners decision, and not for a groomer to make, without consulting an owner before hand. This is especially relevant when the breeder of my dog, with over 40 years of experience grooming the breed, specifies this is not necessary. Furthermore, when they tided him up, they cut his eyelashes which are not only his most distinctive and beautiful feature but critical for protecting his eves. Needless to say, I will never be going back and will, despite the distance, be going to my normal groomer from now on.

  Amazing groomers! Super friendly staff at a reasonable price. They did the perfect cut for our little Richard (Yorkshire x Maltese). We would highly recommend going there! We will be going back for years to come! Thanks again!

  Despite the smaller size daycare my dog seems happy, (I can tell by the way she greets the staff!)

  My dog (German shepherd) has been going here for a couple of years now, the staff are so warm and friendly. It's in a great location for me and my dog loves it too.

  Delighted with Rosie and Hugo's groom today - they both look great. Best 'style' they have both had in a long time. Thanks Pet Pad - 1 happy human and 2 gorgeous dogs!

  I've tried other larger daycare facilities and I honestly think this one suits my dog the best.
