  The receptionist are always lovely and know you by name. Dr. Catherine Brown came highly recommended, and my first meeting with her was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately she was never available after that and dropped the ball in being my "cancer care coordinator". I never heard from her throughout my months of treatment. My friends that recommended her also had to find other GP's.

  Like alot of med centres around you have your good an bad an the ones that dont give a rats an the ones you wonder weather this doctor really passed his tests to become one an boy i know. But this centre my doc is steve lawson . I gotta give it to him not once have i ever seen him without a smile an the respect this guy shows everybody. He actually listens an takes the time to evaluate a situation. He goes out of his way to try an make life more bearable for you as his patient. He not trien to push you through as in a slaughter house an this happens in a hell of alot of centres and it really does. So i drive from brookside to see this guy an its worth it all the way and when he is on his serious mode it makes ya think its for my benefit an there 8s always a reason. So my advice to new patients is stick with this bloke no the other docs have there own ways but with steve you always know where you stand. And i commend you for what you do an how you do it. Last but not least without a good reception you dont have a good practice. From reception girls to the nurse keep up the good work. An once again thankyou steve.

  Best practice I've come across in Brisbane. Worth the trip back now that I have left the area.

  Amazing practise- I travel over 40 minutes to see Dr Kasey and there is a medical centre walking distance from my house! I have seen a couple of different doctors here and they have all been extremely helpful and actually listen to you. Kasey has been wonderful to deal with particularly through my vocal chord injury this year. I have recommended a number of friends to this practise and so far everyone has had a great experience. Reception staff is always helpful and friendly. It's been difficult trying to find a good GP and Kasey is now my forever Doctor :)
